Judy Rosemarin - Meditation: Myths and Truths (HYBRID)
Discover How Meditation Can Work for You

Understanding the pitfalls and possibilities of meditation for everyday living.  Everyone learns differently so Judy will explore a variety of approaches to address different styles of practice of this path as we live with change and uncertainty.

Judy Rosemarin, a longtime member of The Ethical Humanist Society of Long Island, has been helping people see things in new and different ways in her prior careers; both as a photojournalist and as an executive coach and for the past four years, in Tuesday morning weekly meditation groups.

Her greatest delight is teaching and encouraging others to become more curious in their lives and to not always be so certain. She has a BS in Photography and Journalism, a Masters in Counseling and Masters in Social Work. She has had multiple one woman shows of her photographic work, co-authored “Becoming An Exceptional Executive Coach,” and was the original and only Career Columnist for the NY Post. Judy has learned that awe and wonder surround us everywhere, even when things seem to be otherwise and will be speaking about how we can find both in our lives each day. Judy lives in Long Beach NY and is now enjoying the company of a brand-new puppy, Cookie, who she plans to train to be a therapy dog for the joy and happiness of others.
